    Officer - Human Resources

    Job Duties

    The incumbent is responsible for coordinating and administering a variety of programmes and activities covering multiple human resources (“HR”) functions and handling ad hoc assignments.

    • Assists in formulating, implementing and reviewing HR policies and procedures;
    • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including compensation & benefits, recruitment & selection, talent development & recognition and performance management, etc.;
    • Proposes and organizes employee relations and welfare activities and events;
    • Prepares and updates HR data and reports; and
    • Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
    • University graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent with 2-3 years relevant working experience;
    • with 2-3 years relevant working experience;
    • Well versed in PRC and HK Labor Ordinance;
    • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
    • Well-versed in software applications; and
    • Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

    Candidates with less working experience will be considered for a junior position.
