The GHK Hospital Limited, a partnership between the Group and Parkway Pantai Limited (“Parkway Pantai”) will develop and operate a private hospital named the Gleneagles Hong Kong Hospital. Parkway Pantai and the Group will contribute 60% and 40% respectively of the total investment of approximately HK$5 billion while the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine of The University of Hong Kong will play the role as a clinical partner. |
