ATL Logistics Centre Hong Kong Limited
China United International Rail Containers Co., Limited
Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition (Management) Limited manages the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre ("HKCEC"). With more than 70,000 square metres of gross rentable space, HKCEC is a premier venue for exhibitions, conventions, meetings, entertainment, banquets and catering events in the Asia Pacific region. It was voted the Best Convention & Exhibition Centre for the second consecutive year at the TTG Travel Awards.
   
ATL Logistics Centre Hong Kong Limited ("ATL") operates the world's first and largest intelligent multi-storey drive-in cargo logistics centre. With a full range of cargo handling, container freight station and distribution services, ATL has an average yearly occupancy rate of about 98%
   
ATL Logistics Centre Yantian Limited provides container freight station, logistics, warehousing and distribution services. Located at Yantian Port Base, Shenzhen, the logistics centre has an annual handling capacity of 600,000 cubic metres.
   
China United International Rail Containers Co., Limited Phase One is consisted of nine terminals, which include Shanghai, Kunming, Chongqing, Dalian, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Xian, Qingdao and Chengdu of which the Shanghai and Kunming terminals have been completed. Kunming terminal has been injected into the joint venture company by the Ministry of Railways. Construction works have been started at Chongqing, Dalian, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Xian, Qingdao and Chengdu and to be completed in 2010. (Project Introduction)
