    Goshawk Aviation Limited has entered into an agreement to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Sky Aviation Leasing International Limited, an Ireland-based company. Upon completion of the acquisition, Goshawk Aviation Limited will have an owned, managed and committed fleet of 183 aircraft valued at US$9.1 billion, placing it as one of the top 10 aircraft lessors in the world.

    SUEZ NWS also signed a shareholder agreement with SE Environment Company Limited to establish the joint venture SE SUEZ Environmental Technology. It will be in charge of managing the largest sludge recovery and treatment centre in Shenzhen for a contract duration of 30 years. The capacity of the centre is up to 800 tonnes of sludge per day.
