    The Group reached an agreement with Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Limited to purchase the remaining 50% effective interest in Citybus Limited, New World First Bus Services Limited and New World First Ferry Services Limited, which have become wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Group following completion of the agreement on 30 December 2016.
