    Guangzhou New World Bus Services Limited ("GZNWB"), a joint venture of New World First Bus Services (China) Limited and The Second Bus Company of Guangzhou ("SBCG"), was set up in December 2006. The joint venture period is 30 years. New World Group holds 60.63% stakes of GZNWB.
