NWS Holdings announced that Wuhan Sino French Waste Water Treatment Co. Ltd., a joint venture with Wuhan Chemical Industry Park, Degremont Water Treatment Systems (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Chemical Industry Park, was established through its joint venture Sino French Water Development Company Limited. The effective interest of NWS Holdings is 21.5%.

Xiamen Haicang Xinhaida Container Terminals Co., Ltd has live-run with annual handling capacity of one million TEUs.

The three water projects, namely Nanjing Golden State Chengbei Waste Water Treatment Plant, Taizhou Golden State Water Plant and Taizhou Golden Harbor Water Plant, were already in operation with a concession period of 30 years.
