Under the contract, Wuhan Sino French will design and construct the wastewater treatment plant with forward capacity of 50,000m3 /day and operate it under a 30-year concession. WCIP lies on the Yangtze River with a total site area of 76.64 km2 . The Park will produce and supply petrochemical products throughout central China.
